WHAT ANNUAL INSPECTION INCLUDES?

Annual inspection according to different types of enterprises including tax annual inspection, industrial and commercial annual inspection, joint annual inspection and so on.

 

The annual inspection of industry and commerce means that the enterprise submits the annual report to the registration authority and publicizes it to the society through the commercial subject registration and credit information publicity platform within the prescribed time limit annually, and the enterprise is responsible for the authenticity and legality of the annual report. The industry and Commerce Department will conduct spot checks on the publicity content of the annual report of the enterprise.

 

Annual tax inspection, that is, the final settlement of the annual enterprise income tax, that is, after the end of the tax year, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the enterprise will calculate the annual taxable income and taxable income tax and fill in the annual enterprise income tax return. The act of filing annual enterprise income tax returns to the competent tax authorities, providing relevant materials required by the tax authorities, and settling annual enterprise income tax payments.

THE CONSEQUENCES OF FAILING TO CONDUCT ANNUAL INSPECTION ON TIME

Consequence 1: Fine

Those who fail to declare annual inspection before the deadline for annual inspection and belong to a company shall be fined not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 100,000 yuan in accordance with Article 68 of the Regulations on the Administration of Company Registration; ; If an enterprise is a non-corporate legal person or a business entity without a legal person, a fine of not more than three times the amount of illegal income shall be imposed, but the maximum amount shall not exceed 30,000 yuan; if there is no illegal income, a fine of not more than 10,000 yuan shall be imposed.

 

Consequence 2: Abnormal directory or blacklist

The enterprise will be added to the abnormal business list or blacklist by the industry and Commerce Bureau. Once an enterprise is pulled into the abnormal business list or blacklist, it will affect the credibility of the enterprise and the relevant person in charge of the company. The enterprises listed in the abnormal business list are restricted in bank loans, government bidding, opening online shops, and selecting advanced, forming a situation of "one place is broken, and everywhere is restricted".




Consequence 3: Revocation

An enterprise that fails to submit annual reports and tax returns for two consecutive years may have its business license revoked by the company registration authority.
